About Spike

In this article, we're featuring a unique 3D model of Mario's iconic enemy, Spike. As you may know, Spike is a planet with spikes that can throw pointy balls or long, spikey logs at Mario and his friends. In our 3D design, Spike comes in two STL files - one with drainage holes and one without.

Using Your Spike Plant Holder

This Spike model makes for an excellent planter for small plants, and you can even customize it to fit your needs. For example, if you're planting something that doesn't require a lot of water, such as a succulent or cactus, you may not want drainage holes. You can also adjust the size of Spike to fit your desired functionality.

Our Super Mario 3D World Inspiration

We've chosen to model our Spike from the version found in Super Mario 3D World, originally released for the Nintendo Wii U in 2013 and later for the Nintendo Switch in 2021. Our design is inspired by this iconic game, and we hope you enjoy it just as much!
